Walk beneath the shadow of a majestic Brachiosaurus, come face to face with fierce Velociraptors, venture into the Valley of the Gyrospheres, take a selfie with a baby dinosaur, then brace yourself for the ultimate heart-pounding moment: a close encounter with the most legendary predator of them all… the mighty Tyrannosaurus rex.

PRICES

Ticket prices vary depending on the day and time you wish to visit the Experience—free entry for children under 3 years of age.

Additional ticket options will be available for families, groups, schools, and children.
All tickets are valid for a specific entry time.

DURATION

Most of our guests take approximately 1 hour or more to go through the Experience. There is no time limit once you have passed through the entry area, and we encourage each guest to go at their own pace to fully enjoy the experience.

   GROUPS

You can purchase tickets up to 14 people directly on our ticketing site.

If you want to visit the Experience with a larger group of 6+ people, you can purchase directly on the Fever website with a discount.

GETTING HERE
 

Travelling to Battersea Power Station could not be easier with the Zone 1 Battersea Power Station Underground station bringing the riverside neighbourhood within 15 minutes of the West End and the City.

Battersea Power Station also has its very own Uber Boat by Thames Clippers pier and is a 15-minute journey from Embankment, 20 minutes from Blackfriars, 30 minutes from Putney and 40 minutes from Canary Wharf.

The riverside neighbourhood is easily accessible by bus, bike, car and train too.

› Where is Jurassic World: The Experience taking place?

› What is the nearest station to the Experience?

Underground
Battersea Power Station now has its own Zone 1 Underground station on the Northern Line. The station entrance/exit is situated on Battersea Park Road.

There are also a number of other London Underground stations within easy reach:

Sloane Square (Zone 1, Circle and District lines). A 12 minute walk via Ranelagh Gardens and Chelsea Bridge or a five minute bus ride on routes 452 and 137.

Victoria (Zone 1, Circle, District and Victoria lines). A 20 minute walk via Buckingham Palace Road, Ebury Bridge Road and Chelsea Bridge or a ten minute bus ride on route 44. Victoria is also a major railway terminus and bus station with a dedicated express service connecting to Gatwick Airport.

Vauxhall (Zones 1 and 2, Victoria line). A 20 minute walk via Nine Elms Lane or a five minute bus ride on routes 156, 344 and 436, with entry to Battersea Power Station via Pump House Lane.

The nearest bus stop to the entrance at Pump House Lane is ‘Battersea Power Station’. The following buses serve this stop: 156, 344, 436. From here, cross the road to the entrance at Pump House Lane, and walk along the pedestrian route to Circus West Road (10 mins).

› Is there parking onsite?

Battersea Power Station car parks are accessible via Pump House Lane, SW11 8BJ and Circus Road West, SW11 8EZ. The height restriction for each car park is 2.2 meters and we have over 200 car parks available on site (including EV charging bays in both carparks) for use seven days a week.

Motorcycles can park for free, please press the help button when exiting the car park to be let out by a member of the team.

› Is there disabled parking bays and if so where are they located?

Battersea Power Station has a total of 45 disabled parking spaces available in our Circus West Village and Electric Boulevard car parks – these spaces are available specifically for use by Blue Badge holders. These spaces are not bookable in advance and are charged at standard rates.

› Are there any cycle racks?

Travelling by bike is an excellent way to get to and from Battersea Power Station.

There is a Transport for London Cycle Hire stand (Santander Cycles) in Grosvenor Arch, named Battersea Power Station Battersea Park in the cycle scheme listings. There is another stand a few hundred metres away named Sopwith Way Battersea Park. Cycle hire users preferring to access the southern and eastern sides of the Battersea Power Station site will find three more stands in those areas in: Bradmead Battersea Park, Battersea Park Road Nine Elms and Riverlight South Nine Elms.

There are also a number of bike stands around the site, and a Bike Hub where you can lock up your own bikes. The Bike Hub is accessible from street level via the Prospect Way lifts located next to the Prospect Place Playground (the lift will take you directly down to the area next to the entrance to the Bike Hub) or via Malaysia Square/Lumen Lane on the Ground Floor (walk past M&S Foodhall to the end of Lumen Lane and the entrance to the Bike Hub is on the right hand side). There are spaces for around 500 bikes and the Bike Hub is available for use by all Battersea Power Station guests.

› Are toilets available inside the Experience?

Yes! Toilets are available inside the Experience.

› Are there loud sounds and lighting effects?

Sensory warning: This Experience contains strobe lighting effects, sudden loud noises, and theatrical fog/haze.

› How long does it take to see the entire Experience?

Most of our guests take about an hour or longer to go through the Experience. There is no time limit once you have passed through the entry area, and we encourage each guest to go at their own pace to fully enjoy the experience.

› What time should I arrive?

Please make sure to allow time for traffic, parking, and entrance delays.

Please plan to arrive so that we can begin scanning your tickets for admission 5-10 minutes prior to your admission time. Tickets purchased on-site are subject to availability and we strongly suggest purchasing tickets online in advance.

› What are the opening hours of the Experience?

Please check Fever for the most up to date schedule. The Experience is open 7 days a week.

Last entry 1 hour before the doors close.

› Can I take photos/video inside the Experience?

Yes, we wouldn’t want you to miss the opportunity to capture this special moment! Please make sure to share your experience using #JurassicWorldExperience

Professional photography and video recording are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the event organiser. Even if your camera gear just appears professional, you may be asked to take it out of the Experience space.

› Is merchandise available?

At Jurassic World: The Experience there is a retail store where guests can shop for a wide variety of products.

› What is an Explorer Guide?

Introduce your kids to an exciting adventure with the Explorer Guide at Jurassic World: The Experience. This interactive guide offers fun and educational missions that bring each exhibit to life.

  • Interactive Missions: Kids can complete missions in each room, making their visit more engaging.
  • Educational Fun: Learn about dinosaurs and more through interactive content.
  • Collectible Souvenir: Take the Explorer Guide home as a memorable keepsake.

The Explorer Guide can be added to your ticket order online for £8.00, or you can purchase a Premium Ticket which includes an Explorer Guide; plus, the benefit to skip the queue!

› Is my child the right age to attend?

The Experience is open to kids of all ages. Children up to 16 years old must indeed be accompanied by an adult.

Some information you might find helpful:

  • We have film-quality baby puppet dinos to see in action and there is also a fossil digging station in one of the rooms.
  • All larger dinos stay behind fenced-in areas.
  • Kids come out of the Experience with all kinds of reactions. Usually laughing, amazed, or running out playfully. Let’s face it – who doesn’t love dinosaurs?
  • Some will cry or scream. We’ve also had babies sleep through it. It depends on the child.
  • You can always let an Attendant know that you need to leave a room and be placed in the next one if the need arises.

› What forms of payment do you accept?

Jurassic World: The Experience is a cashless environment. The Box Office accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover for ticket purchases.

› Is the Experience Wheelchair Accessible?

Jurassic World: The Experience is fully wheelchair accessible.

› Can I bring animals?

We will only be able to grant access to registered or validated Service dogs.

› Where can I get tickets?

At our official ticketing partner, Fever.

The official and only approved ticketing partners of this show are those listed on this website ONLY. If any tickets are bought or sold through any other platform/resale company, such as Viagogo then the promoter reserves the right to cancel the tickets. The ticket will IMMEDIATELY BECOME INVALID if resold OR OFFERED FOR SALE. If you have tickets and are unable to attend the event, then please get in touch with the ticket agent you purchased before trying to resell any tickets through any resale platform.

› Does my child need a ticket to enter?

If your child has celebrated their third birthday, they will need a ticket to enter the Experience. Children under age three do not require a ticket and can enter with any paying adult.

› Do you offer Complimentary Carer Tickets?

We’re proud to be fully accessible for guests with many different disabilities and neurodiversity, and we strive to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable by offering a free Carer ticket for customers with accessible needs.

Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact Fever with proof of needing a Carer ticket.
Once this is received, Fever will provide you with a code of a voucher that you can use to purchase your free Carer ticket.

Please keep in mind that you will be required to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue. Each Carer ticket will need to be purchased with at least one other full price ticket.

Here are a few documents that Fever accepts:
– Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility.
– Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP).
– Evidence of being severely sight impaired.
– CredAbility Access Card – +1 category requirement.
– A recognised Assistance Dog ID Card.

If tickets are purchased on-site at the box office, please simply show proof of needing a Carer ticket at the entrance with your documentation, and the Carer will be allowed in for free.

› Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. You can contact Customer Service directly through the Fever App to assist with this request.

› Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, the tickets are not specific to a person.

› What is your refund policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact Fever and they will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

› Do you offer group discounts?
