EMBARK ON AN ADVENTURE
AND JOURNEY TO THE STYGIMOLOCH TRUCK
The group finds a crashed truck at a field lab, with smoke and sparks everywhere. The guide enlists their help to find a Stygimoloch by mimicking its call. Stygimoloch pops up, delighting guests, but a nearby T-Rex roar sends everyone scrambling for shelter in the Field Research Lab.

Launching alongside the attraction is the first-ever Jurassic World restaurant outside of theme park, where cinematic storytelling meets immersive dining. Guests will enjoy menus and environments inspired by the Jurassic World franchise, creating a unique experience that blends flavours, film, and fantasy.

Unfortunately no food and drinks are allowed within the experience.
› Is there washroom available?
Washrooms are available outside the experience. Guests are encouraged to use the washroom before entering the experience.

THE EXPERIENCE
› Is there an age recommendation?
The Experience is open to guests of age 17 and below are required to be accompanied by adult 18 and above.
› How long does it take to see the entire experience?
The duration of the experience will range from 60 to 90 minutes. All visitors are welcomed to visit our restaurant Fossil & Flame as well as the merchandise store.
› What happens if I don't make it to the selected date?
Unfortunately tickets cannot be returned or changed subsequently.
› Is the experience wheelchair accessible?
The experience is designed to be wheelchair-friendly and accessible for guests with mobility needs.
However, please note that it may not be suitable for individuals who are sensitive to loud sounds or strobe lighting.

› How does the experience affect guests with sensitive perception/epilepsy?
This experience contains strobe lighting effects, sudden loud noises and dramatic fog/haze. Please approach us should you need further assistance.

Professional photography and video recording are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the event organiser. Even if your camera gear just appears professional, you may be asked to take it out of the experience space.

› Can I take a stroller into the experience?
Guest will not be allowed to bring strollers into the venue.
While strollers are not permitted inside the experience, designated stroller parking is available near the ticketing area. This area is sheltered but located outdoors.

While we currently do not offer complimentary tickets for guests with disabilities or their carers, all guests are welcome to enjoy the experience with a standard admission ticket. We’re committed to making our venue accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
› Do elderly people have to pay for entry?
Yes. Unfortunately, we do not offer discounted/free tickets for elderly visitors, and they will need to pay the same admission price as adults.
› Do I need to book tickets in advance?
It is recommended to purchase tickets in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
